Shipping Issues

If your item’s tracking number shows as delivered but hasn’t shown up, I suggest checking with your local postal service (USPS) to track it down or file a claim if needed. It might also help to wait a couple of days or even ask a neighbor—just in case!

I totally get that mix-ups can happen, but I can’t take responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly, and I don’t offer refunds for items returned to sender.

If your package seems lost in transit, don’t stress! I’ll replace it for you. Just keep in mind that an item is considered ‘lost’ only after 10 business days have passed with no updates.
