HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
After packages are shipped, it will take another 7-21 business days for it to be delivered to your mailbox. (Some countries maybe longer delivery time).
NOTE: Due to COVID and flights are reduced, there will be delays in delivery time depending on destination country. We appreciate your understanding.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please shoot me a message with:
- Your order receipt
- A picture of the damaged product
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
NON-DELIVERY
Please ensure that the address is correct to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires reshipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subseguent reshipment fees.
Only after the seller gets the parrel back the buyer can get the refund.The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport servise commisions, PayPal and Etsy fees.
REFUNDS ( IF APPLICABLE )
1) The parcel is not arrived after sending out 3 MONTHS
2) The item arrived damaged (before using)
The case that we will not arrange Refund:
1) The parcel is not arrived on time (the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company)
2) The parcel is not received but the status of it is "DELIVERED" in the website
3) The item is damaged after using
