Very informative in regards to meal planning for diabetes

I honestly didn’t expect anything special, but this book turned out to be much better than I thought. The recipes are truly varied and easy to make. I go to the gym, and I often struggle to get enough protein in my diet. This book has really helped me with that. Now I’m not only hitting my protein goals every day, but I’m actually enjoying the meals too. The meal plan and shopping list make everything so much easier and save me a lot of time.
