Occasionally, delays occur due to postal service issues or customs processing (for orders outside of Canada). Please be patient as postal services often experience unexpected delays in delivery. If you need your package by a certain time, or want extra precautions against this, I recommend purchasing express shipping. Due to the nature of the items in my store (they are not fragile) it is highly unlikely that your package would be damaged during the mailing process. However, if your order appears to be lost or was delivered damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos (if applicable). I will work with you to resolve the issue - either through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation and availability.
