I had mine personalized but forgot to choose the location and customer service messaged me to ask about it before shipping out. I am very pleased with it and will order again! Would also make a wonderful gift!

I often find that some mats look different, color wise, than photos shown, the soft tech fabric often looks duller than the online photos, but this one looks exactly as pictured. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

What is the Mahjong mat made of?
Our Mahjong mat is made with a premium 3-layer structure:
Top layer: High-tech fabric with a soft velour surface

How long does it take to make my order?
Production time depends on the item:
Mahjong mat: About 4 days for production
Mahjong rack: About 4 days for production
Custom details: Please allow an additional 2 days
Mahjong tiles: About 23 days for production
Please note that production time does not include shipping time.
Standard shipping is by air and usually takes about 10–15 days after the order has been completed and shipped.

We ship our Mahjong mats rolled instead of folded whenever possible.
This helps reduce fold lines, creases, and pressure marks during transit, so the mat can arrive in better condition and lay flatter when opened.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment with their chosen shipping carrier and covering the return shipping cost.
Once the returned item arrives safely at our return address and is checked, we will issue a full refund for the order.
Please make sure the item is returned in its original condition and packaging whenever possible.

Our Mahjong mat may cost more because it is made with a higher-quality 3-layer construction, including a soft velour surface, cushioned neoprene, and a rubber backing for better stability during play.
We also focus on detailed artwork, careful production, and secure packaging. Each mat is made to feel comfortable, durable, and gift-ready, rather than being a basic printed mat.
Another reason is the shipping cost. We ship the mat rolled instead of folded to help reduce creases and pressure marks during transit. Rolled packaging is larger and heavier than folded packaging, so the shipping cost is usually higher.
