Dear Sir/Ma’am, There is no issue with the file itself. The file was provided in .zip format, which cannot be opened directly on devices like printers. You first need to extract/unzip the file on a computer or system. After extracting it, you will be able to access the files inside and print them directly without any problem. So, the issue is not with the file; it only needs to be extracted before use.
