5 out of 5 starsI am so happy with everything <3 The ears and the purple hat were for myself, the black hat was a gift but the person whom I got that for said they weren't much of a hat person so I'm keeping that one too >^_^< Everything is well made, and there are a lot more charms and bells than I expected, which is pawsome! The headband is thicker than I expected but not a problem. The day collar with many bells and the kitty keyring were gifts <3 Quick shipping and very good packaging. All in all it was a purrfect experience >^_^<

There was a delay in the delivery and I was very concerned but Anita kept in touch with me the whole time even though her shop was closed temporarily because of an illness in the family. This made me feel like my order was important! She really went out of her way to be nice. 💕. When they arrived... they are so purr-fect! Absolutely BEAUTIFUL. And there was a little something extra in the package I hadn't expected. 😊. I would DEFINITELY buy from this seller again!

If the package came back to me because the buyer didn't went for the item to the local post office I WON'T re-ship it again UNLESS the second postage fee is cleared. So many people cheated me with shipping fee, so I am sorry. Please take care about your item, and use the tracking system!!! I give tracking number to every single package.

A: Unfortunately no. I fear very much that the finished product might not be as good as the customer ask for it. I use my own dolls as models and I always mention their mesaurements in the listings. Also you can find an list about the current body types I own at my shop's welcome message. This makes it easier to decide about an doll outfit.
Q: Can you check my doll's measurements?
A: Unfortunately no again because of the same reason. I fear very much to make any mistake. I give as many informations in my listings as I can, but when somebody makes an purchase, the customer has to check the measurements and make sure that the item is good to her doll.
