How do I order a custom pillow or phone case?

1.) Purchase the listing for watercolor or acrylic pet portrait. 2.)Then I am able to digitize and create your iPhone case/pillow Listing on my site for you to purchase. 3.) You purchase that listing.

First listing is on me! Additional listings are no problem, but may incur a small fee.

How will you paint my portrait?

All of my paintings are painted by hand. Acrylic paintings will be painted on Acid-free gallery wrapped
canvas. Watercolors will be hand painted on acid-free cold press watercolor.

I am able to accomodate special requests to paint on a surfaces other than cloth canvas & acid-free cold press paper. There is an extra charge for a custom canvas.

Can I make changes?

Yes- before I start painting. Colors will also be discussed prior to the painting being started. I will send you updates throughout the painting process if you'd like (I am also able to keep gifts/surprises a secret and off of social media outlets until the recipient receives their painting. When I am done, you will receive a proof and I will be happy to make small revisions for you. You will have one rounds of revisions.

Custom and personalized orders

Turn around times vary on the size of the painting and how many orders I currently have, but it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.

I'm a last minute shopper! Do you offer rush orders?

I do accept rush orders. Please contact me and I will let you know if I can get your painting done in time. There is an additional fee for Rush orders.
