From the moment I placed my order to the day it arrived, communication with the shop was excellent. Delivery was impressively quick, and the packaging was secure and protective, ensuring the artwork arrived in perfect condition. The only minor issue was a slight odor from the wood upon arrival. I reached out to the shop, and they promptly responded with helpful advice to air it out for about a week. That completely resolved the issue. I was so pleased with the piece that I ended up ordering another one! Highly recommend this shop for their quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
