Shop policies
We hand pick the majority of our crystals personally and only choose pieces that tend to jump out at us and seem to say look at me, even though they are amongst crystals of the same shape and size.
We aim to give as true a representation of all our products with our photographs and measurements but if you would like any additional photo's or information sending then please contact us.

Payment
PayPal is the most secure method of on-line payment as no personal bank details ever need to be seen by us.
If you do not own a PayPal account you may still complete your payment using PayPal and you do not need to register or create a PayPal account.
Once you have placed your items in your basket go to checkout and use PayPal as follows...
Click the link labelled "Don't have a PayPal account?" and you will be directed to a secure online payment form that you can fill in to make a payment.
If an item is not paid for within 3 days of the order being placed and you do not contact us we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-list the items

Shipping
All UK orders are posted 1st class post.
All international orders are posted by Standard Air Mail.
If an item is lost in the postal system once we have posted it we cannot be held responsible.
We keep proof of postage for every order we send out and once we pass your package to the Postal service it is out of our control.
Unfortunately occasionally items do get delayed in the postal system which is beyond our control so your patience would be greatly appreciated.
Our postal service states that a parcel is not considered lost unless at least 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date which is 5 days to Europe and 7 Days to the rest of the World.
If you require additional insurance for your order please let us know before ordering to enable us to arrange this for you. The cost for Tracked postage is £1.20 to the UK and £6.00 to anywhere outside of the UK.
If you are wishing to purchase more than one item from us then please contact us first as we can usually combine your items into one package which may reduce the postage costs.
We are not responsible for any taxes or customs charges which your country enforces.
