Shipping and Delivery Problems?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice any issues with the address you have entered for your order, we recommend double checking the address and to make sure you enter the name of the recipient if it is a gift on the order to prevent any delivery problems with the USPS. Please be aware that any order that has returned to the seller, due to error of the buyer with an incorrect address or such will have to pay for additional shipping to be mailed again or may ask for a refund of the original patch price only if we have received the returned order.
International shipping please be aware that if tracking from your local post office shows as delivered, there is nothing else we can do to locate a missing package.
Sold Out Items?
Typically patches will be restocked within 1-4 days, on some occasions certain patches will take longer to be restocked. When patches take longer than the original timeframe they are most likely being worked on for better quality and will be back in the store within 2 weeks. If a patch does not return within 2 weeks, it will probably not return to the shop again.
When do orders ship?
Orders are typically shipped every Tuesday and Friday except for Holidays. In the event the shipping date lands on a Holiday, the orders will be shipped a business day before or after.
Do you offer custom orders?
Great news, yes, we do offer custom orders periodically for Pokemon based orders only at the moment. Please be advised that custom orders will be starting at $35 depending on the complexity of the design and other factors. The price includes digitizing, test stitch out until the patch is up to standards, and either leaving the backing as is for sewing or adding any iron on adhesive if that is what you would like. Please message if you have any questions regarding custom orders.
We also offer a variety of sizing options for our patches, please note however, that not all patches can be accommodated in making them larger or smaller. Each patch is unique and has its limits in order to maintain quality and design.
