All our custom-made items are vegetarian, natural, high-quality, and original. Typically, production and delivery of an order take 2 weeks. If timing is important to you, please contact us in advance.

**Shipping and Customs Fees:**
- Processing time is 14 days, and delivery takes 5-10 business days. Currently, we offer free shipping via DHL, except for regions with special tariffs: Israel, Australia.
- We are not responsible for the postal service's quality of work. We can only guarantee the quality of our products.
- Your orders may be subject to customs duties and additional taxes. If you have specific requirements for documents accompanying your order, please inform us, and we will take care of them.
- **Etsy collects and pays VAT in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, the UK (for orders under 135 pounds sterling), the EU (for orders under 150 euros), and Norway (for orders under 335 US dollars), relieving you from the need to pay customs duties. However, if the value of your order exceeds the specified thresholds in the EU/UK/Norway, you may be required to pay taxes and fees during delivery.**

- Currently, all our custom-made items are non-returnable or exchangeable.

**Size Information and Custom Orders:**
- We offer our own sizes, different from US sizes. Please check the latest photo or description of the item for the correct size. You can also provide your measurements when ordering to ensure the selected size fits you.
- In most cases, we offer sizes from XS to XL. If you are unsure about the size, feel free to contact us.
- We do not accept custom orders, but in some cases, we can make changes to the length or sleeves of the item. Please contact us for more information.

**Care Instructions:**
- We recommend washing natural fabric items by hand or on a very delicate cold cycle, using eco-friendly laundry detergents.
- Keep in mind that natural fabrics may shrink slightly when heated, but they become even softer after washing.
