5 out of 5 starsA great pattern, easy to adapt for what I wanted. I made it into a memory dog, using polo shirts with interfacing, so seams inside instead of out. The videos are great, really helpful. I had a slight issue the seller more than went out of her way to help with.

5 out of 5 starsdownload was easy, can't wait to make this. Have plans on donating this, as long as it comes out great, to a fund raising organization. didn't need any assistance

Frequently asked questions
How will my item be packaged?
When ordering a printed A5 booklet version of my patterns, your item will be sealed in a clear cellophane bag then placed in a DO NOT BEND envelope for posting.
When will my item be posted?
I will endeavor to post your pattern on the next working day after your order has been placed. It will be sent first class. Proof of postage will be gained and an email sent to confirm a postage date.
My item hasn't arrived
Please allow at least 5 working days from posting for your pattern to arrive. Unfortunately I can not accept liability for items lost in the post but please contact me if this rare occasion does occur.
Where do I buy materials to make your patterns?
My characters are made from a high wool content felt (around 30-40% wool mix). I would always encourage you to purchase locally from a good supplier if your can as you would be able to feel and see the quality of their products. However this may not be an option for you so please head over to my friendly facebook community to ask other pattern parrot makers their recommendations.

I've brought the PDF pattern, do I need to print it all?
The beauty of my PDF patterns are that, once downloaded, you only need to print out the last few pages containing the full sized pattern pieces.
Can I sell my makes from your pattern?
The answer is yes. My only request is that you ensure that you credit Patternparrot.co.uk for the design and that your item is representative of my examples. I would love to see your characters and know if you are selling them please contact me or share on my community page your makes.

Are your patterns easy to follow?
All of my patterns are written in a step by step guide to help your through the process of making one of my characters. These steps are also shown in easy to follow how to videos. The videos can be accessed through clickable links (PDF verstion) or scanable QR codes.
Each pattern has a comprehensive list of equipment and supplies needed with helpful stitch guides and tips.
A 'out of 5' feather guide has been added to help judge the sewing skill level for the individual character.
Are your patterns suitable for children to make?
This is a difficult question to answer as it depends on their ability. I would like to say that some of my patterns are accessible to children who have basic sewing and cutting skills. As with many activities supervision should be given and support in understanding and following the step guide.
