The colors are vibrant, the design is super cute, and it printed out beautifully for my baby’s milestone photos. It really made the whole setup look professional and special. Frequently asked questions
What is a digital printable file?
With printable files, you do not receive a printed product. You receive a JPEG or PDF file sent through email, which you can then get printed at your local print shop.
What is your turnaround time?
Birth Stat Wall Art is 1-3 Business days.
Birthday Signs are 3-4 Business days or RUSH 1-2 Business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
Processing time starts after ALL your information is received. If ALL necessary info is not provided upon checkout, your order will be delayed.
Because my turnaround time is clearly listed in my shop announcement and in the listing description, refunds are not available if you were hoping for a faster turnaround time. If a revision is required, your turnaround time will be extended by 1 business day.
Please note that if your proof was approved after business hours, it is considered approved on the following business day.
How do I provide my information for my order?
Please put all of your child's information in the "note to seller" box at checkout. It may be best to copy and paste the categories from the listing description and fill in your answers. Please double check your answers for accuracy.
If you would like colour or layout changes, etc, please contact me PRIOR to purchase to see if I can accommodate your request. A customization fee may be applicable to cover the time it takes to complete your requested changes.
Can I make changes after I receive my final file?
Once the proof has been approved and a final version has been sent, any additional changes will incur a fee.
I do delete the files after 2 weeks once final approval is sent, so it may be necessary to repurchase the design.
