Hello! I’m Jess, a trainee therapist and creator behind the Positive Journal Company. I myself have struggled with depression, anxiety and trauma for many years and understand the effect it can have on your life and self esteem.
Journaling is a big part of mental well-being however, not many people know where to begin. That’s why I created the Positive Journal Co. The printable mental health journals I’ve created are filled with valuable information as well as helpful worksheets to help you through any struggles you may be facing. I believe mental health planners and journals should be accessible to everybody and with printable planners you can use the same worksheets, daily planners and wellbeing trackers for years to come.
