3 out of 5 starsMade multiple customization requests that they said they would meet and they only met one of them. Lining of item does NOT match the photos of the listing. I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated and feel ripped off. Would not recommend this shop after this experience. Very disappointing

5 out of 5 starsI received my winter suit in perfect condition, and the quality is excellent! The customer service is absolutely outstanding! It's rare to find such friendly, dedicated, and helpful staff who genuinely listen and go the extra mile for their customers. Delivery took longer than expected, but this was due to the shipping carrier, not the company. I would only recommend adjusting the estimated delivery times so customers know what to expect. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would definitely order here again! A well-deserved 5 stars! Thank you for everything! Kind regards, Michael

5 out of 5 starsThe customisation was done with classic two-parted hood as contrast to most (all) mainstream three parted hoods. The delivery was on time which is worthy to mention because of the customisation. The cutting pattern delivered are more original as those nylon jackets we're made in the 1970s to end of 1990s. Thanks much.
