Do you offer warranty on your prints?
Yes! Each print has a 12-month guarantee. I use high-quality settings, meaning walls are thicker, infill % (guts of the print) is higher, layers are smaller and more defined which results in more material being used in the print. I do this to ensure longevity of prints. What I can't provide warranty on is misuse of prints where materials are exposed to environments or conditions outside of material limits - usually listed in my listings.
Custom and personalised orders
Yes! If you have something in mind or would like something drawn up, feel free to reach out. I'm more than happy to print your own CAD designs at a material and hourly cost.
What 3D printers do you use?
I use a combination of Bambu Labs A1 & P1S depending on the material and machine availability. All prints are done in-house (literally) using the best quality filaments available.
