1. How do I add a photo to my order?

After placing your order, go to your Etsy "Purchases and Reviews" page, find the order, and click "Contact the Shop." Use the photo icon in the message box to upload your image. If you have any trouble uploading, just message me — I'll help you get it sorted.

2. Can I have different personalisation on the front and back?

Yes — you can have different text, names, or dates on each side. Please include the full details clearly in the personalisation box at checkout (front: X / back: Y).

3. Can I change or add details to my personalisation after placing the order?

Yes, if you spot a mistake or want to update your personalisation (text, names, dates, or photo), just message me straight away with your order number and the correct details. I can usually make changes as long as the order hasn't yet entered production. Once it's in production, I'll let you know your options.

4. Can I modify or cancel an order after it's been placed?

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase, in line with my shop policies. If you need to modify or cancel, please message me straight away. After that window — or once your personalised order has entered production — I may not be able to make changes.

5. How long until my order arrives?

Every listing shows its own processing time and delivery estimate. As a general guide:
- Processing: 1–3 working days to make and dispatch your order.
- UK delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, aiming for delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch, with full end-to-end tracking included as standard.
- International delivery: see the individual listing for country-specific estimates.

Royal Mail does not guarantee exact delivery dates, so please allow the full estimated window before getting in touch about a delay.

6. How do I track my order?

All UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. As soon as I dispatch your order, Etsy will email you a tracking number, which you can follow end-to-end on the Royal Mail website or app.

If the tracking seems quiet for a day or two, that's normal — Royal Mail scans items at key stages rather than at every single handover, so there can be gaps between updates.

7. What should I do if my order is delayed?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims for delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch, but exact delivery dates are not guaranteed. Before Royal Mail considers an item officially lost, they ask you to allow 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, message me with your order number — I'll investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. What is your return policy, and what if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

- Non-personalised items: I accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. The buyer covers return postage.
- Personalised items: Under UK and EU consumer law, goods made to your personal specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Damaged, faulty, or not as described: Whether the item is personalised or not, your full statutory consumer rights apply. Message me with a photo of the issue and your order number, and I'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.

9. How do I request a return?

Send me a message on Etsy with your order number and the reason for the return. I'll reply with the return address and next steps within 24 hours.

10. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives and I've confirmed the item's condition, I'll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Etsy will email you automatically as soon as the refund has been issued.
