3 out of 5 starsThe item arrived late and had a few spots with holes/abrasions on the underside of the base piece. However, the seller was kind enough to apologize and issue a full refund for the product. I may have just been unlucky as this was the seller’s second order fulfillment; I only hope by the time other customers look into buying the incense holder that both production quality and delivery timeliness will have improved significantly and their buying experience will be better than mine. I do appreciate the customer service nonetheless.
