Shipping
- The items will be shipped within 2/3 working days and after receiving payment (for commissioned works, not present in my shop, the times vary in relation to the difficulty of the work requested).
- Shipments to Italy are made exclusively with traceable methods. I ship all over the world from Italy with priority mail NOT traceable. To avoid any delays, or problems inherent in transport, it is advisable to choose a TRACEABLE shipping method. Contact me BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
I will not be held responsible for any delays or losses caused by the untraceable postal service: in any case, however, I will do my best to solve any problems.
Proof of shipment will be sent to you by e-mail if the shipment chosen will be the traceable one.
- International customs fees, VAT and other charges are borne by the buyer.
- Orders will be shipped to the address listed in your Etsy account (address printed on your order).
The buyer is therefore responsible for the correctness of the information communicated.
