Will shipping be combined?
Yes, I will always combine shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
I will cancel your order before a shipping label is purchased. Once a label has been purchased your order is packages and already on it way to the shipper.
Custom and personalised orders
I will use ChitChats for shpping with insurance and tracking where I can. They do not ship to very rural areas or to PO Boxes. Then I will use Canada Post.

I am not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or stolen from your propery. Shoud either of those occur, it is the the responsibiliy of the buyer to contact their post office/chitchats and/or file a police report.
