FAQ’s:

- How long does delivery take?
Our products are dispatched the same day if ordered before 7pm. Delivery is a minimum of 2 days with Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

-What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
We use Royal Mail and haven’t had any issues with delivery of our products. However, if there are any issues, we will refund part of your purchase and send you another product.

-What if I don’t like the product?
If you don’t like the product, we offer returns or can refund you a percentage of the items cost and you keep it.

-Do you have any offers?
Once you’ve purchased your first product, leave us a review and we will send you a discount code for any further purchases.

-Where are you based?
We are based in York and are a small independent business. We ship mainly to the UK but can offer international shipping.

-Can you ship all products overseas?
Not all of our products can be shipped overseas such as our plant and seed products. This is due to different regulations for EU, US and Canada.
