Physical Suit- Custom and personalised orders
Yes, we offer custom and personalized suits. If you think you're a little too tall or bulky for our pre-defined sizes, you can place an order using 'custom' size option from the dropdown menu and message us with your measurement pictures as shown in the second product image.
Physical Suit- Dispatch and Delivery Time
For NA and EU, Your order gets delivered within 8 days of ordering. We only take 3-5 days to make your suit and use the most reliable and fastest possible courier services(Fedex & DHL) to deliver (worldwide) to your doorstep which may take another 3-5 days (extra few days if you're located on an island or a remote location.)

Physical Suit- What if my size doesn't match your chart or isn't listed?
No worries! If our size chart doesn’t match your measurements or your height isn’t listed, select the "Customized" size option from the dropdown menu while placing your order. After completing the purchase, scan the QR code provided to submit your measurements via our Google form. This will ensure we create the perfect fit just for you!
Physical Suit- Am I eligible for the 30-day exchange or replacement policy with a custom order?
Yes! To qualify for our 30-day exchange or replacement policy, make sure you submit your measurements through the Google form within 48 hours of placing your order. This helps us ensure your suit is tailored to your needs. Please note: Custom orders are still eligible for replacement under our policy, but all submissions must be completed promptly.
DIGITAL Art— Is this a physical product? How do downloads work?
These are digital files only — nothing physical is shipped. After purchase, go to Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files. If you bought as a guest, Etsy emails a download link. ⚠️ Downloads do not work inside the Etsy App — please use a browser (Chrome/Safari) on mobile or desktop.
DIGITAL Art— What files do I receive, and how can I print them?
You receive high-resolution JPGs (300 DPI) in all major aspect ratios: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11:14, and ISO A-sizes also 4k ultra hd - 16:9. You can print at home, at a local print shop, or through online printers like Staples, FedEx, Shutterfly, or Canva Print. Files are suitable for small prints and large posters.
DIGITAL Art— Can I request a custom size or use the art commercially?
Custom sizes are available free of charge — just share the dimensions you need. Commercial use is not allowed. Files are for personal use only and cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed.
DIGITAL Art— What if my file won’t download?
Use a browser instead of the Etsy App. If the issue continues, message for instant support — alternate download links can be provided quickly.
DIGITAL Art— Can I get a refund if I ordered by mistake?
Digital downloads are non-refundable because the files are delivered instantly.
