Where do I send my logo?
Please send your logo as an attachment through etsy messages.
Can you make a custom size label?
Yes, we make labels as small as 1/2" x 1/2" or as large as 4" x 4"
Can you rush/expedite my order?
Yes we offer a rush order service for an extra fee. Please contact us first, so we can confirm whether we can accommodate your order or not.
Will I see a preview before these are printed?
Yes we always provide after the order is placed. We wait for your approval of the preview before these print. However, if we do not get a response after the second attempt, we print the preview as it shows.
Message Response TIme
Please allow at least 24 hours for us to respond to messages. Sending repeat messages only pushes your message farther up the queue in our inbox and will delay the response time further.
Turn around time
Currently our turn around time is 5-10 business days to ship your order. This time starts once the preview is approved. This does not include the time it takes to arrive once shipped.
