Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files?
Right after payment, go to Etsy → You → Purchases and reviews → Download files. You also get an email from Etsy with the download link. Nothing is shipped.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Open the PDF in your download and click "Make your copy" – Google saves your own copy to your Drive. You need a free Google account.
Which Excel version do I need?
Excel 2010 or newer on Windows or Mac, including Microsoft 365. Apple Numbers and LibreOffice are not supported.
Can I change the currency in the sheets?
Yes – money templates work in 14 currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, CHF, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN, JPY, INR, ZAR). Pick yours in Setup.
Why are some cells locked in Excel?
The shaded cells hold the formulas. They're protected without a password so nothing breaks by accident. White cells are yours to fill in. (Review → Unprotect Sheet if you really want to edit them.)
Can I use it on my phone or iPad?
Yes, in the Google Sheets or Excel app – but it's most comfortable on a computer.
What's the difference between the 3 designs?
Only the look: Neutral Cream, Dark Mode and Pink Aesthetic. Features are identical.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are instant digital downloads, I can't accept returns. But if something doesn't work, message me – I'll help or fix it.
Can I share or resell the files?
The files are for your personal use. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them.
