Welkom in mijn winkel! Ik ben Riley, een gediplomeerd fysiotherapeut uit Arizona met een passie voor het maken van handgemaakte, hoogwaardige haakartikelen. Ik opende mijn winkel voor het eerst toen ik in Kansas City woonde, tijdens een drukke periode waarin ik mijn doctoraat in de fysiotherapie behaalde. In die stad heb ik de stap gewaagd om Kansas City Thread Co. te openen en het zal altijd een speciale plek in mijn verhaal behouden.
Na mijn verhuizing naar Arizona veranderden mijn werk en inspiratie. Ik voelde me aangetrokken tot natuurlijke texturen, warme tinten en het gevoel van zonlicht in een knusse ruimte, wat leidde tot de evolutie van mijn huidige merk: Sol Thread Co. De naam weerspiegelt dit nieuwe seizoen, dat geworteld is in langzaam vakmanschap, intentie en kleine vreugdes – zoals de warmte van de zon.
Mijn haakavontuur begon als een creatieve uitlaatklep en groeide al snel uit tot een manier om mijn liefde voor handgemaakte producten met anderen te delen. Elk item in mijn winkel is met zorg en precisie gemaakt, en ik ben er trots op dat ik gezellige, unieke stukken creëer die lang meegaan.

After moving to Arizona, my work and inspiration shifted. I found myself drawn to natural textures, warm tones, and the feeling of sunlight in a cozy space, which led to the evolution of my brand today: Sol Thread Co. The name reflects this new season which is rooted in slow craft, intention, and little joys - like the warmth of the sun.
My crochet journey began as a creative outlet and quickly grew into a way to share my love for handmade goods with others. Each item in my shop is crafted with care and precision, and I pride myself on creating cozy, one of a kind pieces that are built to last.
