When will my order ship?
All items are made to order and typically ship in 2–7 business days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on the way!
Some items (like a shirt and a mug) ship from different print facilities. Totally normal! They’re still coming to you—just not in the same box.
Is it normal to want five more of these?
Yes. It’s called taste. Welcome to the club.
Can I return or exchange my item?
Since everything is custom-made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Yes! Whether it's custom text, names, dates, or a funny idea you want to bring to life—we’re here for it. Just send us a message before ordering.
Will this shirt make me funnier?
Yes, but only to people with excellent taste. 😎
Custom and personalized orders
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing, first check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery area (mailroom, porch, etc.). Sometimes packages are marked delivered a day early.
If it’s still missing after 48 hours, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly—they're the best resource for tracking GPS delivery scans or locating misdelivered items.
Unfortunately, once a package is marked “delivered,” we’re unable to replace or refund it, as this is out of our control. But we’ll absolutely help however we can on our end!
Where do I download my files?
After purchase, go to Your Account → Purchases & Reviews and click “Download Files” next to your order. Easy peasy.
Custom and personalized orders
Since digital items can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds on them. That said—if you run into any issues with your files, just message us! We’re happy to help.
Can I customize this digital file?
