Are returns allowed? What about cancellations?
As each piece is custom made for you, refunds are not possible. Also, please be sure to only order when ready. Cancellations are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding!
Please note, as every monitor and screen is different, colors may be slightly different in person than what is shown on your screen. This is completely normal. The size of the design may also slightly differ on the actual product than what is shown in the listing photo. This too is completely normal.
Ordering multiple items?
If you are ordering multiple items and having them shipped to the same address, you can set the quantity to the amount needed and check out. There will be a shipping discount automatically applied.
However, if you'd like multiple items, but each shipped to different locations, please place separate orders, each with the address to where that particular order is to be sent. The discounted shipping will not be enough to cover shipping to multiple locations, so again, please be sure to place separate orders for each item.
Custom and personalized orders
Mugs and downloadable prints can be personalized. However, there may be a fee charged, depending on the design. For listings that feature a date or name, such as EST. Date or Future Mrs. Name, there is no charge for a different date or name than the listing shown. However, if you want a change to the design I have shown, or you want something added to it, there is a fee for this.
If an order is placed, but changes are requested, you will need to pay the fee for a custom design. If you choose not to do so, or you do not respond to my convos regarding the fee, your order will be sent according to the listing, without your requested changes included.
