While permanent decals are an excellent option for metals, cars, and most non-porous surfaces, placing permanent decals on walls is not recommended. The vinyl we use is subject to peel paint because of its strong bond.

If you are wanting a wall decal, there are several colors available in vinyl safe for walls, just request a custom order. Processing may be longer for wall decals depending upon vinyl availability.

Black and White car decals are rated to last 6 years. Color decals have a shorter lifespan of 4 years but may last longer depending on variables like sun exposure and washing.

Fear not! This problem is easily fixed with a paper towel and some soap, water, or Goo-be-Gone.

Gently rub the decal with a damp paper towel that has any of the aforementioned substances to rid yourself of the sticky residue.

Decals with Standard Shipping are typically NOT sent with tracking information. Standard packages are sent as regular post and are delivered as a letter would be. Customers can choose to have tracking added by selecting the "I WANT TRACKING" upgrade via checkout. Upgraded orders are sent as USPS First Class Parcels with tracking info. Upgraded packages usually take less time to be delivered by the USPS.

Do not be surprised to see your decal arrive in recycled materials as we like to reuse boxes and materials instead of buying them and creating unnecessary waste.

All packages are sent out within 5-10 business days of the order date. Understand that once we place your package in the mail or deliver it to the post office we no longer have control of the delivery time. Etsy's estimated delivery date IS NOT ALWAYS CORRECT. Most packages are delivered within the week of shipment, some domestic orders may take up to 3 weeks depending on location. International orders may take up to a month to be delivered. Tracking is only provided if you choose the upgraded shipping at checkout.

We do not include tracking on regular, standard shipped orders. (This does not apply if you ordered an item such as a mailbox decal, store hours decal, ornament, mirror charm, or mug OR if you purchased a tracking upgrade at checkout.)
Even though these standard orders are NOT TRACKED, customers will receive a so-called "tracking number" provided by Etsy. While this code may provide general transit information, it is 90% of the time incorrect. Most commonly, the order will say the package is still in pre-transit, even if it shipped out several days ago, or it could say the package was delivered and it still could be several days away. This number is NOT supported by the USPS and is not meant for customers to track their orders.
