My file isn't downloading. What should I do?
This is a common issue that comes up with many of my customers. This can result from a variety of reasons, but sometimes the pattern just doesn't download instantly like it is supposed to. Etsy has been working to get digital downloads to download faster and more efficiently, and a lot of the time newer patterns that were recently uploaded by me take longer to download than older ones. If your pattern doesn't download within a few hours, please don't hinder to reach out to me (click contact shop owner on my main page) and I can get the file to you through email or any form of contact you prefer.
What are the step-by-step instructions for downloading my file?
Before downloading your file, you must ensure you are on a computer or mobile web browser (www.etsy.com). You cannot download files from the Etsy app. Next, click on your account, click on YOUR PURCHASES AND REVIEWS, and next to pattern purchase, select DOWNLOAD FILE.
