Custom and personalized orders
SORRY! But We do not specialize nor take customized/personal orders. However, if you have any ideas to add to upcoming batches and the like we are always reading our emails and comments at strawborble@gmail.com
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item is sent in a bubble mailer or securely wrapped package to ensure the product is unharmed within transit.
Lost/Undelivered Packages
Sometimes deliveries get a little mixed up or don't show up at all. Though an uncommon occurrence -- it does happen! Before contacting us about the length of time your order may be taking to get to your home make sure your shipping address was correctly imputed, and wait a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks for your item to appear. If not then it will be considered lost and that is when you should contact us immediately for a possible replacement or refund.
KEEP IN MIND if you are ordering during the holidays sometimes packages take longer to be sent due to the influx of traffic during that time.
