All my pieces are made to order individually, therefore there is generally a lead time of a week or two before for despatch, this is specified in the item listing, though generally speaking they are sent before the specified time, during busy periods such as Christmas and New Year, or public holidays which affect the postal service this can be slightly longer.

The piece will be sent securely packaged by courier, tracked where available, and will need to be signed for.
Delivery times are beyond my control so I can't take any responsibility for delays caused by the post office or customs. Goods sent to America, for example, take on average 2 weeks to arrive, though it's usually quicker, it can sometimes be longer. Please order well in advance to take the above into account.

Please bear in mind that deliveries are often slower at busy times of the year such as Christmas. Do not expect items to arrive in less than 2 weeks at these times as it is more likely to be 3. The post office will not consider an item as lost until 30 days from date of shipping have passed. In the event of your order not turning up, I can't offer a replacement or a refund until these 30 days are up.

Outside the EU, please note that customs import duties and taxes, if any, are not included in the item price or delivery cost listed here and will be your own responsibility.
