5 out of 5 starsThis cross stitch kit is beautiful. Colour coded pattern makes it so easy to follow! So well packaged and accessible plus not one but two needles in the kit! There is nothing about this little kit that I don’t like 👍 I’m looking forward to getting started! Quick delivery too! Really recommend!

My aim at Thread or Dead Club is to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase and get lots of enjoyment from your cross stitch kit/pattern. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or there are issues with the post, please contact me using Etsy messages and I will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
Cancellations: not accepted
Please contact the seller if you have any problems with your order.
Payment
If you wish to cancel your order please contact me using Etsy messages within 24 hours and I can issue a full refund. If you contact me after this time, there is a possibility that your kit will have already been dispatched and you would need to follow the returns policy to obtain a refund.
Shipping
Your order will be securely packaged and I will notify you once your order has shipped. Please check the posting timeframes on each listing before you complete your purchase, to avoid any disappointment.
UK Customers - Items will be posted with Royal Mail by first class post. Please note there is no tracking for this type of postage.
Once dispatched please allow up to 5 working days for delivery (and a little longer over Bank Holiday periods).
International Customers - Items will be posted by International Tracked & Signed Airmail.
Most of my parcels reach my international customers within 14 working days of dispatch. However as items can be delayed in customs please do allow up to one month for delivery.
I obtain a proof of postage certificate for all orders shipped.
