Can I customize my order?
Yes, you can customize orders. Please use the custom order link provided on our shop homepage or in the product listing description.
Can I change the shipping address after I place an order?
Address updates are not possible once the order is processed or shipped. However you can designate any shipping address during the checkout process if you want your order sent anywhere other your default mailing address.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We are committed to resolving such matters promptly, including sending replacements if necessary.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Currently, we do not offer the option to include personalized messages with orders.
What does it mean when my tracking information says pre-transit?
Shipping carriers may experience delays in updating tracking information, especially during peak seasons. If your tracking information shows pre-transit it means we have completed your order and have provided it to the shipping carrier. It is common for carriers to sometimes skip the initial scan of your order. This means your package is traveling incognito until it reaches the local post office, with delivery happening the same or the next day. Please contact us if your package hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date.
Can I pay for expedited shipping to receive my order sooner than advertised?
We do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. We recommend ordering well in advance, especially during holiday seasons.
