Hi, I’m Jacie, the founder of TipNote. I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart with a passion for creating things that make life a little brighter and more successful.
When I worked as a delivery courier, I was always looking for small ways to stand out and make a positive impression on customers. That’s when I designed my first set of little thank-you notes to include with deliveries. To my surprise, the response was incredible — customers loved the thoughtful touch, my ratings went up, and I started receiving more tips than ever before.
That experience sparked the idea for TipNote: a simple, creative way for couriers and shoppers to level up their service, connect with customers, and boost their earnings. I know firsthand how hard delivery work can be, and I want to give other drivers an easy tool that makes a real difference.
TipNote is more than just stickers — it’s about adding kindness, building trust, and helping drivers succeed. My mission is to create products that not only support couriers in their day-to-day work but also bring a little positivity into every delivery.
