Your files are ready to download right after payment. Go to Etsy → You → Purchases and reviews, then click "Download files". On the app, files are easier to open from a computer browser. A confirmation email from Etsy also includes the download link.

No. All TrakunLab items are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped to you.

Each listing states the formats included.
- PDF printables open in any free PDF reader.
- Spreadsheets work in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, as noted in each listing.
- Café menu templates are edited in PowerPoint or Canva, as noted in each listing.
- PNG/SVG files work in most design apps.

Because files are delivered instantly, digital items can't be returned. If a file is damaged, missing or doesn't match the listing, please message me and I will fix it or make it right.

Files are licensed for personal use, or for use in your own single business for templates like menus and spreadsheets, unless the listing says otherwise. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves.

I design each product myself: concept, layout, page selection, formulas and quality checks. Some artwork is created with the help of AI image tools. I then select, edit and check that artwork by hand. Each listing explains how its item was made.
