Sizing details — "Which paper size do I need, A4 or US Letter?
Both are included in every purchase, so you don't have to choose at checkout.
US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) is standard in the US and Canada. A4 (210 × 297 mm) is standard almost everywhere else. Open the one that matches the paper in your printer.
Page counts are identical between the two files — only the page dimensions differ.
Custom and personalized orders
Print at 100% / Actual Size. Do not use "Fit to page" — it shrinks the layout and throws off the margins.
Paper weight:
• Everyday inserts — 90–120 gsm (24–32 lb)
• Section dividers and cash envelopes — 160–200 gsm (65–110 lb) card stock
To reuse a tracker, laminate it and write with a dry-erase marker. Colour is used sparingly so the pages stay light on ink.

The pages are undated, so you can duplicate a page as many times as you need and reuse the set year after year.
