Frequently asked questions
Is this a physical item? Will anything be posted?
No, everything in this shop is a digital download. Nothing is posted. After you buy, open etsy.com in a web browser (on your phone, tablet or computer), go to You > Purchases and tap Download Files. Etsy also emails you a link. You can print the guides at home on A4 if you prefer paper.
Which AI app do I need? Do I have to pay for one?
Any AI chat assistant works, including the free versions of the popular apps. You don't need a paid subscription. You just copy a prompt from the guide, paste it into your AI app, and change the words in brackets to suit you.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. The PDF guides open on any phone, tablet or computer, and every prompt is inside them. The tap-to-copy prompt tool works best on a computer or Android phone. On iPhone or iPad it may open in a simple preview where the buttons don't work, so use the PDF there instead.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Yes, that's exactly who the guides are written for. They use plain English, clear print and real UK examples, and start from the very first step. No technical knowledge needed.
Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes. Many customers buy them as gifts. You can print the guide and pop it in a folder or card, or forward the downloaded files to the person by email. Please keep it to that one person, as the files are for personal use.
I can't open my files. What should I do?
First, try the PDF: it opens on any device. If the prompt tool won't open, that's usually because it's a .zip file: on a computer or Android, unzip it first, then open the .html file in your web browser. If you're still stuck, send me a message through Etsy and I'll help you get sorted.
