Curtain rods and accessories are not returnable. If there was an error with your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

What size ring should I get?

The general ring size rule is to go ½” bigger on the ring’s interior dimension than your rod diameter (e.g for 1″ round rod, use 1 ½” interior dimension rings).

What is the standard bracket projection length?

Standard bracket projections are approximately 3″ or 6″ from the center of the bracket cup to the back plate.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products come from our workshop in the San Fernando Valley.
