Apply decals only to a clean, completely dry, smooth surface. Remove dust, grease, and cleaning-product residue before installation. Newly painted surfaces must be fully cured before application; please follow the paint manufacturer’s recommended curing time.

Clean applied decals gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not scrub or use abrasive or chemical cleaners.

Decals applied to containers should be hand-washed gently and should not be placed in a dishwasher unless the individual listing states otherwise. Products are not intended for continuous water exposure.

Materials vary by product and are specified in each listing. Most Simple Iron decals are made from PVC Free Removable Fabric material, self-adhesive vinyl or printed removable decal material. Also latex water based inks

For the best adhesion, apply them to clean, dry, smooth, sealed surfaces such as painted walls, doors, windows, mirrors, metal, and smooth containers. They may not adhere properly to heavily textured, dusty, porous, damp, or freshly painted surfaces.

Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after we receive all required photos and personalization details. Custom design approval may add time.

Check the estimated arrival date on your chosen listing before ordering. U.S. transit varies by service and destination. International deliveries may take 4–5 weeks, including customs and local postal processing. Any applicable import charges are handled according to the destination and Etsy’s checkout information.

Standard, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us through Etsy Messages within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Before installation, clean the surface and allow it to dry completely. Position the decal carefully, then slowly remove the backing while smoothing the decal onto the surface to prevent bubbles.

If your decal includes transfer tape, firmly rub the design before removing the backing. Apply it to the surface, smooth it again, and slowly peel away the transfer tape at a low angle.

For removal, warm the decal gently with a hair dryer on a low setting, lift one edge, and peel it back slowly. Removal results depend on the surface condition, paint quality, and how long the decal has been applied.
