NASA Apollo 11 Saturn V 3D The product quality was average, and the assembly process went smoothly. The seller was highly responsive and helpful.

Purchased this item and was supposed to receive a download link in my email inbox. I got a link but it was only for a paragraph of text explaining something about the decals. I never was able to download the actual rocket. I couldn't get in touch with Etsy CS and gave up taking a $30+_loss and learning a hard lesson.

After seeing and opening the package, I’ll have to admit, I was a little was a little nervous about the model being damaged, but, I was very pleased with what I saw. The 3D model was as shown in the pictures, was very detailed, and high quality. One “surprise” that I got during the process was having to pay a Tariff to UPS so it could clear customs in Italy. I was a little bummed about that because I wasn’t expecting the additional cost, but I believe the seller’s customer service made the process better. He was honest, very fast with responses, and helped me understand what was going on (this was my first time buying an item from oversees and dealing directly with customs). I provided some feedback to the seller so hopefully the Tariff won’t come as a surprise to someone who is a first timer like me. Overall, a 5 star product.

It's very quality printing, i'm very satisfied, waited a very long time to get home to put it together for my son he is thrilled, excited, and super happy! I always look for details and there is missing few details like "landing" pins on booster when Mechazilla catch it. Since it's for my son which is a little bit clumsy with models and already dropped it a few times, it is awesome! I totally recommend it! Seller is awesome guy! Booster and Hot Staging Ring didn't fit with holes and pins tightly for playing with model, i think it was supposed to be glued, but i will put several Neodymium magnets to keep it together while playing, Starship fits tightly with Hot Staging Ring but anyway i will put few magnets because of my son. I have a very different purpose for the model than it is supposed to have. Thank You Very Much! 100/100👍

This is an absolutely beautifully crafted model. It arrived in great condition and was very well packaged. Would totally recommend to anyone who wants a model of the Block 2 Starship.

As someone working in the Artemis program, I really appreciate the attention to detail Alex took in creating this model. I ordered the launch pad, booster and Starship, and at 38" tall it's very impressive. Assembly was minimal, and I didn't even need to glue most of the pieces together. They just fit perfectly.
