Gender Reveal Cannons will not have anything on the packaging that would give the gender away. Instead, there will be a small note explaining my color code so you can tell which color is which.

Completely Discreet Packaging:
-I will not include anything on the packaging that would give the cannon's color away
-I will include a small note with each order that explains my cannon color code. Do not read this note if the surprise is for you!
-Please have your secret keeper double check the bar codes before your reveal if possible. I do my very best to make sure every order is perfect, but I am human :)

Delayed, damaged or lost packages are not our shop's responsibility. We do not have control over your package once it is scanned in by the post office. Please make sure your address is correct. We can not be responsible if the package is sent to a wrong address.

In the event that your package is marked return to sender due to an incorrect, no such number, unable to forward address we are not responsible. We can reship the package to a new address provided by the customer at the customer's expense.

Please, contact USPS in regards to stolen, damaged, lost or delayed packages 1-800-275-8777 or contact your local post office directly.

I gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once I receive your product, I will refund you for your product total minus my original shipping costs (even if you had free shipping on your order) and a small 5% restocking fee.

Why? Unfortunately, even if your order qualified for free shipping- I have to pay to ship it to you. If you return your order, I won't be able to recover original shipping costs from sipping carriers, so I deduct that cost from your refund. I do not mark up or over charge you at all! I simply recoup my original shipping fee. I hope you understand!

For all of the gender reveal sports balls, they do not have color codes attached. Instead they will have a small sticker to indicate their color. If you only order 1 color, I will remove the stickers to keep them discreet! Practice balls will be marker with a "practice" sticker.

For cannons, check the last number of the bar code (far right corner)
1 = Pink
2 = Blue
3 = Silver

For burnouts, they will either have a small sticker to indicate color (again, if you order 1 color I will remove the stickers!), or they will have a code on them. The first number in the code indicates the color, the second number indicates the size of the burnout kit.

1 = Pink
2 = Blue
3 = Orange
4 = Red
5 - Yellow
6 = Green
7 = Purple

1 -3 = Pink - 3 lbs
