Y2K vintage black floral mini by Ruby Rox. Gorgeous large scale floral in shades of cerulean, red and green. Soft and stretchy poly. Cowl neckline. Spaghetti straps. Blouson bodice with a drawstring waist. Fitted skirt. Pulls over the head, no closures. No lining but the fabric is opaque.
