Just lovely. Beads not overly or clownishly large and I don't mind wearing it with my "adult" clothes when I leave the house. Baby loves playing with the textures in her hand while nursing instead of grabbing and scratching me (ha) and has only just started teething, so she does use the wood ring on occassion.
