I did not receive all the items in my order..

If you ordered any prints, stickers, phones cases or any other Printful item, they will be shipped separately and come directly from Printful ie will not pass through my hands. Other items such as pins will be shipped directly from me in Australia so will take a little longer for international orders.

What is my tracking number?

To keep shipping costs to a minimum, I send pins and small items as letters rather than parcels. Unfortunately Australia Post does not offer tracking for international letters however generally takes 2-3 weeks to give you an idea of when you should expect to receive your order. For larger items, and typically for orders $50 and above, a tracking number will be provided.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?

There are currently extensive delays due to coronavirus. For example, mail to the States is taking upwards of 7 weeks. Our postal systems are overwhelmed and a significant number of flight cancellations. Please note, standard shipping for enamel pins, cards and other small items, does not include tracking. Please upgrade your shipping preference if you prefer to have the security of tracking your order. I am not responsible for shipping delays.
