According to European law, you will need to contact me before you return the order or items of your order within 14 days after the package is delivered to you. Forced returns will not be eligible for refunds.

Please note that you are responsible for all the return shipping costs, including any customs fee that can be applied upon reentry in case of imports / exports. It's mandatory that the items returned are in perfect condition, unused and in their original sealed package. Moreover, the package must be returned with tracking number, to the adress provided upon request, that may or may not be the same from where it was shipped firstly.
The return of earrings and piercings will not be accepted, because of public health concerns.
Customized items will also not be eligible for returns.

Please note that returns from outside the EU may have to pay a customs fee upon reentry in Portugal, so, it may result in a reduction in your refund, if those charges are applied. Moreover, if you have to fill in a customs form, it is important that you select the appropriate case / box for the reason for that import/export, that will say "Returned Goods" or something similar.

The refund will be made only after i receive the product(s).

If it happens that your package is stolen during shipping, you will need to FILE a MISSING MAIL REPORT and a POLICE REPORT, and provide both reports to me, to qualify for that special refund.
