I’m sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectations. The set is clearly described in the listing as a collection of texture-based brushes. They are not simple stamp shapes, but texture brushes that respond to layering, blending modes, and other Procreate settings to achieve different results. After your review, I reached out privately to better understand what exactly was not working and to offer assistance. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reply. Instead, I later received a refund request that included a screenshot of an iPad recording error, which does not appear to be related to the brush files themselves. I’m always happy to help resolve any genuine technical issues, but I do need clear information about what is actually happening in order to provide support.
