Our custom home ornament Ornament is just the thing you need for your new home or a realtor gift to a new homeowner Crafted with care in Wisconsin and not mass produced or waiting long lead time coming from China or overseas. the heart on the ornament is cut with acrylic and glue so no sticker.
All our ornaments capture intricate detail. Each ornament is designed and hand created, one by one, to create the most meaningful item and sent with love, attention to detail that we can hope to bring smiles and warm memories every time they’re hung on the Christmas tree.

• SINGLE SIDED OPTION HARDWOOD: Back side of the ornament will be black. Great option for paint pen, to write on the back. 1/8” Professional Quality Hardwood Laser cut. Approximately 3” in size.
• DOUBLE SIDED OPTION HARDWOOD: Will be the same image on both sides. 1/8” Professional Quality Hardwood Laser cut. Approximately 3” in size.
• CERAMIC (if the option is available) 1/8” Professional Quality Ceramic that is printed double sided. Approximately 3” in size.
• METAL (if the option is available) Professional Quality Aluminum metal that is printed double sided. Approximately 3” in size.
All ornaments are made with GLOSSY FINISH and come with ribbon. Please note, ribbon may be different than shown and could be a cord during busy season. Image will not rub off and no part of the ornament is a detail or sticker. Will be a great keepsake for years to come.

EXPEDITE OPTION: If you wish for this option, add your item to cart AND the expedite option, to check out both. We will expedite the order, normally reducing processing of order to 1-2 business days for processing, to get shipped. (HOLIDAYS MAY AFFECT THIS TURNAROUND TIME, Please communicate at time of ordering, to determine current turn-around for expedite option).. This option DOES NOT include expedite shipping. You would also need to view cart shipping options

SHIPPING –
We always do our best to ship all items as soon as we possibly can. We currently ship USPS Shipping w/ Tracking. An expedite option is available at additional cost. We cannot GUARANTEE delivery date regardless of how an item ship.

**If customization items, we provide mock-ups but will be provided ON ETSY and not by email. ONE (1) small adjustment allowed during mock-up process. Major changes/redos or PHOTOS not allowed in the cost of the item - due to design time. If you wish to change the photo or redo the design, it will result in additional cost. Due to the turn-round time and time required for other orders. If you require more than 1 adjustment, there can be additional cost, due to designing time
If buyers approve the preview or NO response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with order and buyer take 100% responsibility and NO returns/refunds will be provided unless there was a mistake in spelling or we made with incorrect date. That does NOT include if you gave wrong information.
****Regarding lead time****
If item requires a photo, time starts when we receive the photo. LEAD TIMES: Subject to change , at seller discretion, based on volume.

We try our best to match the colors to requests. **Seller is also not responsible for different color resolutions or what the buyer preserves' to be the color of items as we try to match the best color possible. The ceramic item when finished, due to nature of material, there can be small variations or very minor printing variations, due to be porosis material
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
**Due to custom items made, no returns are allowed. IF there is a quality issue or have issues with your order, please contact us and see what needs to be addressed. Before any replacement is provided, original item is required to be returned first, back in original condition
Buyers have 7 days to alert the seller of any issues and or damages of order. Anything past 7 days, no refunds will be given and if replacement is requested, cost is the responsibility of the buyer

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is only allowed with 24 hours after order submitted. Cancellation is NOT allowed after 24 hours, regardless of reason, including or not limited to what is listed here: lack of providing colors or lack of providing photos. If any work or communication is provided on order, no cancellation allowed or you could incur processing costs.
