Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from Singapore. International delivery is handed by DHL and a tracking number will be given. It usually takes ~2-5 days for the parcels to be delivered. Remote address/places might require top up.

Why do you need my phone number?

The phone number is required by the courier company for delivery purposes, we do not use it for other purposes.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we accept return. Customers will have to bear the return shipping cost back to Singapore. Returns must be done within 7 days from the date of delivery. Only cost of item(s) will be refunded + a restocking fee of USD$10 per dress will be deducted from cost of item. Strictly no refund will be given if the return is postmarked more than 7 days after you received the item. If there is any problem with the purchase, you must inform us within 3 days, otherwise we will not accept the return. *Item that is returned must be in its original condition (unworn and unwashed without any scent, lint or hair). Custom made dresses and Sale items cannot be returned.

Is there any duty charges for the parcel?

The listed price does not include any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT. If these charges have been prepaid through Etsy, this will be clearly indicated on the parcel. Otherwise, any applicable fees will be the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. For international customers, kindly check with your country customs office whether any duty/customs charges will be incurred as it is borne by the buyer. We are not liable and have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they maybe.

Is there any difference in colour if I purchase one dress first and the rest of the dresses at a later date?

There might be a slight colour difference for different batch of fabric which is not within our control.

Can I request for a fabric swatch?

Our swatches are free but we will need to collect a flat rate of USD$5 for the shipping fee (registered postage with tracking number). You can choose up to 6 colours. We highly recommend customers to get the swatches as colours might appear different on different devices.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

If there is any changes to your order, kindly send us a convo within 1 day. If the parcel is mailed out, we will be unable to make any changes to it.

Do you have a size guide?

Each dress has unique size measurements. To find your size, please refer to the listing description of the measurements of the specific style you are looking to purchase. If you require any help, drop us a convo and we will assist you from there.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We will constantly be restocking the dresses. Drop us a convo if you need any help.

Why is the shipping fee so expensive?

Due to ongoing global conflicts and fuel shortages, shipping costs have risen significantly. All orders are shipped via express service (DHL) to ensure timely delivery, and we absorb a substantial portion of these costs. Please note that shipping fees are particularly high for destinations in Canada and the United States. Additional surcharges may apply for addresses classified as remote by DHL. If applicable, customers will be contacted individually with further details. We do not profit from shipping fees.
