Damage:
If your purchase is damaged please contact me within 5 days. To replace or refund your order I will need clear photos of the damage. You will not be required to return the damaged piece.

Loss:
Contact me within 30 days of placing your order if your item was lost in transit.

USPS:
Pieces will be sent by USPS 1st Class shipping within 3 days of your order.
Shipping within the US will take 3-7 days. International shipping will take 2-3 weeks.
